Transient Displacements in a Suddenly Stopped Moving Bar.

This example is taken from ANSYS Verification manual (VM85). Here is the problem statement.

Three load steps:
(1) t=0, static load step.
(2) From t=0 to t=0.0004, the free acceleration step driven by a uniform force.
(3) From t=0.0004 to t=0.1, the impact and internal vibration step.
